It has already been 40 years since I joined the company. There were many fun and difficult times, but I am very proud to have worked at Daiichi Kenzai Co., Ltd. for 40 years. We will continue to do our best to aim for the next 50 or 55 years. Thank you in the future.

Ueda (Chief)

Half of my life has passed with Daiichi Kenzai. I believe that I was able to work for a long time because both the company and I were in good health. The company has started a new challenge towards the 70th anniversary of its founding. I will continue to challenge myself.

Masutomi (Chief)

This is my 15th year on the job. I have experienced various construction sites, but none of them are the same. It is a job that connects people, and the sense of accomplishment when the construction is completed still wells up. Our company is approaching its 70th anniversary, but I would like to continue to enjoy the sense of accomplishment for the 80th and 90th years.

Although I was inexperienced, I decided to join the company due to the excellent atmosphere within the workplace. Despite not knowing anything at the start, I am grateful for the 'environment where I can grow every day' as everyone kindly teaches me from scratch. I am working hard without forgetting my gratitude. I hope to provide spaces where many people can live comfortably as soon as possible.
